2/. Accounts Receivable Specialist
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain accounts receivable ledger. - Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments. - Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies. - Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delays. - Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and problem
