Job Summary Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages. Cleaning and Sanitizing work areas, Utensils and Equipment. Cleaning service and seating areas. Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers. Key Responsibilities 1. CUSTOMER SERVICE - Being courteous and helpful to customers - Acknowledging repeat customers - Resolving issues quickly and staying calm and positive in challenging situations 2. COFFEE KNOWLEDGE - Basic knowledge of coffee - Experience and knowledge of roasting and grinding techniques, sourcing of coffee beans and the differences in flavors between various types of coffee 3. ATTENTION TO DETAIL - Meticulous attention to detail and an excellent memory. Ex “remembering what regular customer orders regularly can help that customer feel valued and can be more willing to return to back” - Provide suggestions to customers “understanding the range of coffee to and customized response to suggest accurately to meet customer preferences” 4. CLEANLINESS - Keep the work areas clean and comply with organizational standards. - Maintain proper hygiene in the coffee shop. - Operate in a clean place and keep the surroundings free from unnecessary items. Contribute to documenting improvements. 5. MANAGE STOCK - Classify stock - Record stock data - Forecast on stock in stock out - Keep tracking stock level Job Requirements - Diploma degree or University Student - Good communication and friendly - Be able to speak English - Strong time management and result-oriented toward the job - Good teamwork and interpersonal skills. - Adaptability and Innovation
