Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in elevator technology is preferred. •Minimum of [4 years] of experience as an elevator technician, with at least [X years] in a supervisory or team lead role. •In-depth knowledge of elevator systems, components, and related technologies. •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, along with attention to detail. •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. •Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
