4、具备良好的人际交往能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力以及解决问题的能力
5、具备较好的抗压能力、性格开朗、心态平和
职责描述：
1、协助公司决策层制定事业部的发展目标和整体规划
2、根据公司发展规划制定人力资源和行政工作规划、计划和预算方案
3、根据人力资源规划，建立有效的组织机构、搭建管理团队和招募相关岗位人员
4、完成领导安排的其它工作任务
HR & Administration Manager

Job Requirements:
-Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management.
- HR & Administration Expertise: Proficient in all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and administrative operations.
- Labor Law Knowledge: Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, with strong analytical skills and experience in workforce planning and team building.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent people skills with the ability to coordinate, organize, and resolve issues effectively.
- Resilience & Leadership: Strong ability to work under pressure, with a positive and composed mindset.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Assist the company’s leadership in setting business objectives and overall development plans.
- HR & Administration Planning: Develop HR and administrative strategies, work plans, and budget proposals aligned with the company’s growth.
- Team Development: Establish an effective organizational structure, build management teams, and recruit key personnel.
- General Duties: Complete other tasks assigned by management.
