JOB ANNOUNCEMENT Job Title: Sales and Enrollment Manager Full-Time/Part-time: Full Time, from Monday to Saturday Report to: School President Salary: 1,000 USD-1,300 USD/month + Benefits SUMMARY: Fredfort International School seeks a driven and creative individual to handle Sales & Marketing. He/she is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive and dynamic sales and marketing strategy for the school. The Sales and Marketing Manager serves as the creative architect for all internal and external marketing and sales. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Initiate, implement, and oversee the strategic sales, marketing, and relations plan for the school. 2. Enhance and protect the school ‘brand’, which is associated with long-term integrity and a commitment to educational excellence. 3. Develop marketing, sales, and relations objectives for school and achieving school target. 4. Oversee the production of all print banners, advertisingng material and school publication. 5. Serve as the school’s primary media contact and foster relationships with media personnel to enhance the school’s image and visibility. 6. Promote the image and profile of the School as a whole to external audiences 7. Gathering information and programmes on competitor schools. Also gathering information on our programmes for use in rankings and other forms of market analysis. 8. Promote the School on the Net, social networking sites and generally using contemporary electronic means. 9. A thorough knowledge of contemporary marketing methods including an ability to utilize modern technologies to market effectively. 10. Manage the School’s presentation in the media and protect school’s reputation.
