Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment at all times. Engage with students and staff to receive feedback and make necessary adjustments to the menu. Implement and adhere to all local health and safety regulations. Qualifications: professional culinary training or equivalent experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs specific to children and adolescents.
