JOB PURPOSE: • Following policies and procedures (P&P) related to procurement of SCIA. • Research potential vendors. • Reviewing and comparing products and services to be purchased • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. • Track orders and ensure timely delivery. • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases. • Create good relationship with suppliers to provide quality goods, reliable and timely services at competitive prices. • To assist on supplier’s performance periodically and to recommend dropping unreliable suppliers to replace with better one if necessary. • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data for audit purposes JOB REQUIREMENTS Academic Education / Training / Experience • Cambodian • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred • Good English & Khmer language skills • Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year student • Good at doing research. Personal Attributes • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision • Accurate and precise attention to detail • Good at communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills • Trustworthy, committed, and a team player Benefit • Upon successful completion of the internship, there may be opportunities for advancement within the company. • Monthly allowance will be provided. • Public Holiday per labour law Opening date: 03 June 2024 Closing date: 30 June 2024 How to apply?
