Responsibilities - Check and review ER with complete documents for compliance with company policy and tax law - Park/ Post in the system of AP local and overseas vendor with correct GL, CCTR and asset number - Assist daily check and verify GR before park invoice ASH and other vendors - Park clearance & Trucking cost and customs cost with complete documents - Prepare ER and TT for process payment to oversee vendor - Issue payment vouchers for processing weekly payments, trucking & clearance expenses, import tax, OTT, payroll, utility and other urgent payment - Issue clearing voucher for clear advance payment or deposit to suppler - Inform to oversee supplier or involve PIC with reference bank slip for vendor clear outstanding in their record - Prepare monthly AP report aging, Advance/Deposit report aging for support to financial report - Collection bills of utility expense (EDC, Waste Collection, Water) for calculating sharing cost utilities - Issue Debit Note to the company in NCXG for reimbursing used utilities - Monthly prepare AP aging reporting with analysis overdue - Facilitate with bank transfer and utilities forms to process and submit to banks - Assist and Report to management. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance or other related fields - At least 3 years experience in accounts payable - Specialize in cost accounting - Good in written and verbal communication skills - Good computer skills & accounting software - Good understand of Cambodia's Laws on Taxation - Positive attitude, morality, and fast learning - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
