1. Job Responsible: • Process regular payments, e.g. payment utilities and internet bills and pay other invoices • Mange payments and submit to Accounting supervisor for approval • Ensure all payments are enough supporting documents before paid • Enter daily transactions into SAS systems and make sure that all records are completed on time month end. • Control petty cash keeping • Daily, Weekly and monthly prepare closing cash control • Collect cash from AR team and deposit to the bank • Prepare some payable to customers • Prepare both income and expense documents into safe file • Others tasks assigned by supervisor. 2. Technical Requirement: • Communication Skills • Able to use office computer programs e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Organised and efficient • Good attention to detail • Able to plan, priorities and meet deadlines 3. Required Skill: • Degree in Accounting • Fluent written and spoken Khmer • Accountant experiences is an advantage • Good English speaking and writing.
