VE Cambodia is looking for Accountant for responsible with collector team. - Financial Statements: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and financial transactions. - Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. - Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, manage payments, and ensure timely settlement of accounts payable. - Accounts Receivable: Manage customer invoices, monitor receivables, and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. - Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks. - Evaluate and assess the credit of new and existing customers through financial analysis, credit checks and payment history review. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations. - Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records. - Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries as needed. - Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports. Job Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). - Can Speaking in English - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Integrity and reliability. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
