JOB ANNOUNCEMENT ▎ POSITIONS: • Accounting & Finance (Female)
▎ JOB DESCRIPTION: • Daily & Monthly Cashflow and Petty Cash Report • Check and Issue Payment and Petty Cash Voucher • Check and Prepare Request Payment • Check and Issue Sale Invoice to Clients • Check and Control Costing (Repair and Maintenance, Driver Fee, Gasoline, Oil Machine) • Check and Analysist all Transaction (Repair and Maintenance, Driver Fee, Gasoline, Oil Machine) • Prepare Monthly Report ( Repair And Maintenance, Driver fee & Gasoline) • Prepare Monthly Statement of Account to Customer • Assist Operation to Check Stock • Fixed Assets Register • Posting all transaction in Accounting system • Prepare Financial Report Statement • prepare monthly Tax declaration
▎ JOB REQUIREMENT: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required • 2+ years of accounting experiences • Familiarity with Word, Excel • Knowledge for Book in System (Conical hat or Quick book) • Ability to work well under pressure • Honesty and Loyalty to Company • Priority for whom used to work at Express Company • Priority will be given to those who know how to do tax declarations. ▎ BASIC SALARY: 450 $ - 550 $ ( Negotiate base on experiences & capability )
