Chinese speaking is a plus. • Computer skills (Ms. Word, excel, Internet and outlook, Peachtree) • Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply • Self-starter and have pro-active attitude • Excellent building customer relationship • Fast learning, Honest, Flexible & Good Attitude Job Description: • Reception of all visitors and persons entering the office. • Assist accountant manager in all tasks as assigned. • Proactive and exhibits excellent problem-solving capabilities. • Create and send invoice to customer as per customer service manager’s instruction. • Follow up for A/R • Update daily/weekly/monthly report to Finance manager. • Ability to attract, develop & retain talent in the organization. • Taxation submission monthly and yearly.
