Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day financial operations including payments, receipts, and general ledger entries.
-Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
-Monitor and analyze income and expenses
-Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
-Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
-Maintain and improve financial systems and internal controls.
-Supervise and train junior accounting staff or bookkeepers.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
-Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and google drive or other accounting software
-Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax laws and financial procedures.
-High integrity, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills.
-Good communication in both Khmer and English.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
