Job Purpose:
The Accounting Officer will be responsible for preparing income, expenses, monthly tax, payment, financial report and keeping documents.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare payment voucher and documents for monthly tax process.
- Fill in E-Filing & Export file from E-Filing.
- Prepare financial report internal & External via QB for Meta Estate and Meta Charity.
- Prepare financial report internal by QB for company.
- Estimate expenses for companies.
- Issued Invoice for monthly tax, check MOC, clear cheques and send documents.
- Check all donation & expenses, and book keeping.
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement:
- A degree in accounting or similar.
- Previous working experience as an Accounting Officer.
- Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
- Proficiency in management systems.
- Administration and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Ms. Excel and other accounting software, QuickBooks.
- Work hard, flexible, quick learner and willing to learn new things.
