• Process all accounts receivable (AR) journals, review and analyze AR reports (e.g., weekly AR report, monthly AR Aging report). Review accounts payable (AP) balances, vendor advances, and perform monthly reconciliations and confirmations of vendor accounts. • Handle all Fixed Asset (FA) transactions, prepare monthly FA reports, and reconcile FA costs and depreciation. • Verify and check all general journal entries prepared by junior accountants. Review postings in the general ledger and assist in preparing the trial balance and other statistical reports for monthly book closing. • Assist the Finance Manager in preparing management reports, statutory reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring all reports are submitted timely and accurately. • Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, verify vendor accounts, and resolve any discrepancies related to purchase orders (PO), contracts, invoices, or payments. • Manage petty cash by recording entries and verifying documentation. Assist with the preparation of monthly tax declarations, as needed. • Ensure the confidentiality of all financial information and protect the organization’s value. • Assist the Finance Manager during financial statement and tax audits, providing necessary documentation and support. • Other task will be assigned by line manager
