Key Responsibilities • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit/loss statements and balance sheets. • Transaction Management: Manage all daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger entries. • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file monthly tax declarations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Salary Tax) in accordance with the General Department of Taxation (GDT) regulations. • Cash Management: Monitor and control petty cash, bank deposits, and reconcile bank statements. • Fixed Assets: Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure proper depreciation is recorded for resort equipment and property. • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial data. • Cost Control: Work closely with the F&B and Store departments to monitor inventory and control operating costs. ________________________________________ Job Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications. • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the hospitality/hotel industry. • Technical Skills: * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
