Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and mentor accounting staff. • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. • Oversee account reconciliations and general ledger activities. • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. • Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements. • Assist in internal and external audits. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CMA preferred). • Experience: 5+ years in accounting, 2+ years in a supervisory role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks). • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
