KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Oversee invoice processing, verification, and payment for both local and overseas transactions.
-Prepare and execute vendor payments via checks, electronic transfers, or other methods, ensuring accurate records and reconciliation.
-Record accounts payable expenses, including travel and operational costs, maintaining organized financial records.
-Generate periodic accounts payable, cash flow, and financial reports for management and audit purposes.
-Support fixed asset counts, manage intercompany transactions, and complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, or a similar role
-Proficient in Khmer with strong English skills
-Skilled in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
-Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of commitment
