- General Administrative Support – Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Office Coordination – Help in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Data Management – Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and records accurately.
- HR Support – Support HR functions such as recruitment assistance, employee record management, and onboarding coordination.
- Event & Logistics Coordination – Assist in planning company events, training sessions, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Document Preparation – Draft reports, presentations, memos, and other business correspondence as needed.
- Learning & Development – Gain exposure to office operations, HR procedures, and administrative best practices to develop professional skills.
- Patient Records Management – Help in organizing, updating, and maintaining patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Bachelor Degree in Management , Public Admin or related field
- 7am-5pm ( 4 Day off / Week )
