+Main Duties: - Efficiently managing correspondence and handling work requests - Utilizing strong visualization skills to contribute to project proposal creation - Actively participating in professional training and development opportunities - Demonstrating resourcefulness through attentiveness, proactivity, and creative problem-solving - Managing upward by aligning with communication preferences, leveraging emotional resilience, and offering assistance when needed - Ensuring timely scheduling, organization, and filing - Responsible for managing facility equipment and overseeing office supply inventory - Fine-tuning digital literacy skills for effective use in company operations - Serving as a trusted representative in assigned roles - Cultivating and managing relationships with vendors - Handling minute meetings and consolidating weekly reports + Requirements & Qualifications: - Bachelor or Master degree in the field of Law, management, or any relevant fields - At least 1 - 2 years’ work experience in Admin, is preferable - Strong communication (Both verbal and written skills in Khmer and English) - Able to manage the tasks assigned by manager and deliver on time and schedule - Ability to prioritize work and complete to the deadline - High patients and able to work under pressure - Honesty, hardworking and team work - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email)
