Responsibilities
• Manage and control all kind of administrative documents to file in order.
• Ensure all office equipment is well maintained and serviced.
• Processes monthly expense reports.
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Keep the cleaner on track, hold them responsible for housekeeping duties, and supervise their job.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by company.
Job Requirement
1.At least 2-years experiences in administrative or related field.
2. Be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.
3. Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, Excel, Power point and internet
and E-mail).
4. Creative and flexible in work, be able to work effectively and cooperatively
with Co- workers.
5. Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, honest and high responsibility.
6. Able working under pressure.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
• Dynamic, highly committed, and able to work under pressure.
• Good in English
• Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills.
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
