Due to the continuous growth of the business by creating one more new standard showroom, we are now seeking for qualified, dynamic, and experienced candidates to fill the below position:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Allow business partner credit with a clear record of all trade debtors after issue an invoice - Call follow up with all trade debtors to get payment on time - Weekly/Monthly collect payments from all trade debtors and clear payment with a cashier - Monthly purchases request stationary for daily support workshop operation - Monthly purchase request soft drinks to serve customers in the workshop - Monthly purchase request consumables/Tools/Equipment to support daily operation - Daily control stock stationary, consumables, tools, equipment, and soft drink - Clear all service expenses - Daily update morning attendance to stakeholder - Confirm the timesheet with HR two times/month - Summary attendance for yearly appraisal - Report on service incoming units and turnover daily, weekly, and monthly - Report on trade debtor to superior by daily, weekly, and monthly - Other tasks assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in field of business administration or a related field is preferred. - At least 1 year of working experience in admin service - Computer skills of Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Good at communication in English - Knowledge of automotive parts and service - Be able to drive cars with a vehicle driving license - Be able to work under pressure - Strong Work Ethic, Self-motivated, Team Player, Confident & Honest.
