Job Description: • Collaborate with colleagues to implement policies and develop improvements • Organize and coordinate inter- and intradepartmental operations • Provide guidance to subordinate staff and evaluate performance • In charge of overall administrative affairs, procedures, internal rules & regulations and policies. • Ensuring that all policies of MJQE are well-informed to staff and ensure the best practices. • Archive management history and make sure all company documents are properly filed. • Staff Orientation, Training and Coaching • Lead, manage and develop administrative procedures, tasks and employees. • Promote and implement the goals and objectives of MJQE. • Read and response term report and suggestions from internal staff or crossed-department. • Support all departments in any administration related issue • Ensure effective use of the student’s management system of all users • Ensure maintenance of all student related registers and databases • Guarantee a strong customer service orientation of all subordinates • Assist in the annual budget plan and organizing special events and functions • Support the academic department in establishing the announcement to parents • Prepare reports and other documents ensuring compliance with the requirements of the appropriate authorities (Ministries, District and Commune authorities) • Ensure daily staff attendance control and tardiness submit monthly report to Mr. Chairman • Delegate tasks to administrative staff and monitoring daily operations • Organize the workplace so that the workflow is streamlined • Recruit, select and hire administration staff with early involvement and given approval of the Mr. Chairman • Report to Mr. Chairman.
Job Requirement: • Bachelor Degree in Management, Education or other related fields. • Administrative Courses • At least 10 years experiences and knowledge in management of Administration and Customer Services • Administrative and Organizational Skills • Be able record and report effectively. • Problem shooting skills with excellent customer services in mind • Experienced dealing with administrative affairs in school or education fields • Be able to make resource allocation and leading dynamic team • Be able to shape the complicated process and workflow to meet result-based environment.
