The Administration Manager or Assistant Manager JD in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization by overseeing administrative functions, managing resources, and supporting staff. Requirement :  At least 5 years working experience  Strong organizational and time-management skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  Knowledge of budgeting, HR practices, and compliance regulations in Cambodia. Job Responsibilities :  Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and productivity.  Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and functional (e.g., repairs, replace, utilities, security).  Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance.  Manage and control the administrative budget, including expenses for supplies, equipment, and services.  Ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal regulations.  Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.  Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.  Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of office technology (e.g., computers, software, phones).  Support senior management with planning and decision-making.
