Administrative Assistant Intern

Anti Social Hours Co LTD's companies, Garage Sale, Tic-Tic តិចៗ, Brit-ish, Donuts & Disco and Taiwanese XXL is recruiting an Administrative Assistant Intern for it's office team. The successful applicant will need to meet the below criteria. 1. Data Entry: Accurately input data into various databases and spreadsheets. 2. Document Preparation: Create and maintain a variety of documents, such as letters, reports, and presentations. 3. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments for the department. 4. Office Management: Maintain an organised and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment. 5. Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing. 6. Customers and Suppliers Relation: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. 7. Project Support: Assist with various projects as needed. 8.
