Administrative HR Specialist Recruitment: Job Description: - Handle employee onboarding, probation, resignation, etc. - Recruitment work - Employee personnel information management and employee file maintain - Calculate employee salary and benefits - Employee attendance management - KPI evaluation processing - Organize and combined weekly meeting minutes - Complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor - Other administrative and HR related matters Working hours: 08:00~17:00 (1hr lunch break) Holiday: every Sunday and follow Cambodia public holidays Job requirements: - Must Possess a Bachelor's Degree and relevant work experience - Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, with priority given to Cambodian applicants who are proficient in Chinese - Proficient in office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Honest, dedicated, Proactive, optimistic and dare to challenge.
