**Responsibility:
• Manage collector to increase AR Collection from customer
• Daily communicate with assigned collectors
• Go visit jobsite meet OD and Non OD customer
• Negotiation between with BU , Client of related BU & Branch for customer’s status
• Communicate with related BU for Customer Complain , Customer’s machine location (Job Site ) Area, etc.,
• Assist KPI Achievement and have to join related Meeting
• Assist and Report to DH concern Collection Process of related team member
• Manage Collector Team
• Focus to achieve the assigned AR Due
• Focus the feedback condition from Customers
• Focus to get Long-Term Due Amount
• Focus to effective report process.
**Requirements:
-Good command of English both speaking, writing and listening (other language is a plus)
-Computer literacy in Ms. Office (other programs are advantages)
-Good communication with flexibility
-Hard working and able to work under pressure with strong commitment
-Honesty, time management and team work
