Duties • Handle phone call from outside and follow up with customer • Manage site office equipment of the company • Manage the records of staff absent and holiday • Manage accommodation & transportation for guest • Basic calculate monthly salary of local staff • Go to the bank and/or outside for purchase stationary • Assist to the Administrator/General Manager’s activities Requirements • Education and experience: o Undergraduate or fresh graduated of English literature/ Business Administrator or any related fields. o At least basic working experience in a comparable position • Key skill and knowledge o Punctual, honesty and ability to work individually and as a part team and work under pressure o Good attitude and interpersonal and flexible o Good English both speaking and writing
