Responsibilities:
• Inspect, monitor and evaluate work in the target area.
• Assist in gathering information in target areas.
• Collaborate with the area manager and other stakeholders in the implementation of monthly
work activities.
• Assist in coordinating and resolving various issues both at the office and in the provinces.
• Initiate new ideas to improve work.
• Advise the Managing Director on policies and procedures to resolve issues related to staff.
• Make monthly activity report to the Managing Director.
• Do other work as assigned.
Requirements:
• Graduated in Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 years work experience.
• Age from 28 to 45 years old.
• Good command of Khmer or English.
• Skills in multitasking.
• Computer literate Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Be physically fit and good health.
• Be honest, friendly and diligent.
• Must have patience, good attitude.
• Energetic and high responsible.
