Duties and responsibilities
• Assisting in setting goals and standards for a company's performance and growth.
• Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
• Supervising employees and providing feedback to improve efficiency.
• Collaborating with the OD in decision-making processes.
• Assisting with the development of operational policies and strategic plans.
• Reporting on operational performance.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Conduct training/ retraining where and when it necessary to improve and maintain the standard of company, service and policies.
• Oversee department managers and staff, ensure that all quality, safety, and customer service standards are met, and address any customer, employee, vendor, or partner issues or complaints.
• Perform other duties assign by operation director.
Experiences & required
• 3 years experiences as a role of Housekeeping/front office manager.
• Bachelor degree of tourism or business management.
• Strong leadership skills, time management, analysis and ability to competed task within timeframe.
• Flexible on working time, especial on weekend and on public holiday.
