JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Recruitment Response
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
• Manage on admin work of recruitment start from pre interview until post interview
• Follow up monthly vacancy number request from every department
• Average lead time to recruit employees (according to quantities of request)
• Prepare Letter of Offer and facilitate the pre-employment process, including background checks and reference checks.
• Maintain the work structure by updating Job Description for announcement especially HQ
headcount.
II. Managing on Job Posting – for one poster need to repost in all media platform that we own
• Linked-in – post Job Announcement
• Telegram channel – post the information related to recruitment
• Response on recruitment email
• Post our job announcement into other telegram group
• Work with agency for HQ recruitment
III. Manage on Promote o Work Force
• Promote our working environment by joining job fair or other event related
• Provide opportunities for student – Part-time and Internship
• Manage on walk-in interview twice a year
• Work with Education Institution to promote Job Offer
• Respond on developing and manage Company branding by designing strategy to promote
working environment, compensation and benefit...etc.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
IV. Recruitment Database Record
• Record shortlist interview candidate information of HQ for further requirement
V. Admin Work
• Excel report of new selected employees and arrange their working outlets, and provide the final list to HR team
• On boarding work response
• Brief introduce of office policies to new comer – HQ team
• Issue recommendation letter for HQ intern
• Provide company Letter for opening bank account, and provide excel record of new bank
account to HR manager
• Follow up with store team about new employees present
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field required
• 3 or more years of experience in recruitment and at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
