Job Responsibilities:
β’ Responsible for overseeing the front sales area comprehensively (including cleanliness, anti-theft measures, customer service, product displays, etc.)
β’ Assist the Store Manager in managing the administration and work systems for the front sales area
β’ Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the work systems of all front area staff
β’ Tasked with managing, organizing, and evaluating VCM (Vendor Contract Management)
β’ Responsible for providing training and performance evaluations for front sales area staff
β’ Coordinate with the Middle and Back Area Leaders in the daily store operations
Skills Requirements:
β’ Minimum education: Bachelorβs degree (S1)
β’ At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor
β’ Willing to be assigned outside of home location
β’ Able to assist with recruiting store staff
β’ Capable of assisting the Store Manager with employee administration, including work schedules for front-line staff
β’ Skilled in people development, providing training, and evaluating employee performance
β’ Capable of managing VCM (Vendor Contract Management), including VCM evaluations
β’ Able to manage store products, including product expiration dates, damages, etc.
β’ Skilled in handling anti-theft measures, store cleanliness, and customer service
β’ Experienced in analysing and evaluating product sales (SKU), planning product needs, etc.
β’ Experience in assisting with new store openings
