-To follow up closely with Sales SD, transportation and warehouse on the truck arrangement and take necessary actions to prevent from late delivery.
-To plan and organize transportation outbound and inbound schedule to be executed the delivery on time based on daily/weekly sale demand.
-Evaluate existing capabilities and establish systems and processes for tracking, measurement and reports to analysis of transportation operation performance and improvement plan.
-Providing daily/weekly/monthly reports of transportation (in & out bound) to management and related functions as company requirement.
-Execute training and coaching to team members on existing and new process as daily, weekly and monthly basic to strengthen and maintain transportation service to customers.
-To study and work with procurement on preparation the comparison of transportation cost (current & new) to analyze logistics spends.
-To coordinate with related function on any other task and special projects for improvement.
-To work effectively with the contracted transport vendors to ensure the availability of their trucks to fulfill the company’s sale plan.
