Position: Assistant to Accountant (Mandarin Chinese Speaking) Location: Koh Pich, Phnom Penh Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday • Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM • Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Salary Range: $500 – $700+ (based on qualifications and experience) ________________________________________ Job Responsibilities: As an Assistant to the Accountant, you will support the accounting department with various daily operations. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting with accurate data entry, invoice processing, and the maintenance of financial records • Communicating effectively in Mandarin Chinese, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external stakeholders • Preparing and translating financial documents and reports in Mandarin for business and reporting purposes • Supporting day-to-day accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, tracking expenses, and organizing financial data • Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure the efficient operation of the accounting team ________________________________________ Job Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements: • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) • Ability to draft professional reports in Chinese • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures • Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or accounting software • Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time management skills • A reliable and responsible attitude toward work and team collaboration ________________________________________ How to Apply: Interested applicants should send their resume or get in touch via Telegram at: @tepsonimul
