Job Description:
- Greet customers as they enter & leave
- Take orders via POS (receive and process payments)
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Serve beverages and prepared food or dessert
- Keep the bar area clean & overall customer service areas cleaned at all time
- Follow Hygiene and cleanliness procedure at all time
- Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
Requirement:
- Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress
- Experience with brewing equipment
- Basic math skills
- Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
- Excellent communication skills
- Very patience, flexible, honest and friendly
1 day off weekly
