Job Description 1. Scope of Work: Marketing Director will be responsible in leading and direct marketing, sales, business development. 2. Duties & Responsibilities: • Develops marketing strategies to support overall strategies, objectives, and drives. business growth • Develops feasible operational marketing plans for across business units. • Sets and monitors marketing goals, objectives • Works with sales, business development, and other concerned teams to ensure well executed strategies and campaigns • Provides support in the design and production of visual marketing tools. • Provides guidance on a unified approach to customer service, tenants’ requirements • Builds a highly capable team of marketing professionals cross business units. • Creates a solid network of strategic partnerships, reviews and manages marketing contents. • Manage marketing budget. Job Requirements • Qualification & Requirement: • MA/BA in marketing, advertising, business management or a related field. • Good knowledge of marketing intelligence analysis • 5 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing management and business development.
