international health care services is looking for Business Development Executive (Chinese Speaker) to expand their services into chinese market in Cambodia. Job Description: Conduct in-depth market research to identify and analyze business opportunities Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the Chinese market Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and potential partners Negotiate and close deals in accordance with company targets Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and cultural nuances in China Prepare reports and presentations to communicate market insights and progress Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in business development or a similar role (3+ years) Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) Strong understanding of the Chinese business environment and culture Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A go-getter attitude and a track record of exceeding targets
