Job Description • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets. • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth. • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential clients • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients • Maintaining client activities in CRM • Developing rapport, proposal, with key decision makers • Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a campaign. • Staying current in the automotive industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, maintaining personal and professional networks. • Be able to travel on business trip. Required skills and qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development roles. • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. • Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving. • Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization and execution for business growth. • Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and lead other teams. • Be able to write/speak English, Chinese is a plus.
