-Supervise and manage staff to ensure achieve customer’s need and Company goal. -Review daily sales performance and propose plan and strategy to achieve target - Manage on Recruit new dealer and oversee dealer in assigned area -Mange on market research and analyze the market trend to drive the products grow - Provide training to staff and customers and ensure that quality of user is met our standard and requirement -Able to analyze data -Ensure the quality of the network for customer satisfaction - Developing and implementing marketing plan to acquiring new customers, keep old ones, and generally achieving and surpassing sales goals - Ables to develop effective networking strategies - Handle dealer’s complaints and provide potential solution to dealers if problem occurred -Responsible for monthly sales target and yearly sales target - Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and end year reports - Handle company’s partner and customer questions, complain and solutions propose - Follow up team for task assign progress - Gather feedback from customer to develop recommended solutions - Follow work plan consistently according to standard working procedure - Give presentations to both existing and prospective customers on company’s product, replying on sound technical selling skills as well as on deep product knowledge - Support on manage and monitor on Audit in assign area of stock and market visit and other requirement of business development - Support on campaign activities in assign area and cross province - Able to develop effective networking strategies - Support on Market research and census that assign by line manager in assign area - Prepare daily route plan in assigning area - Do analyze and report to line manager - Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements - Prepare relevant weekly, monthly reports
