CEO Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities - Introduce or present company projects or land plots to clients - Interpreter or translate for the CEO's Office, clients, and team members - Responsible for providing executive assistance and support for the CEO’s office in following up with respective Project Teams on the Group's in-house and third-party projects. - Assist in the coordination of internal resources and third parties. - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, all relevant internal stakeholders, and the project team appointed by the CEO. - Maintain proper filing for all projects executed documentation and agreements/contracts. - Organize project management meeting with proposed agenda and recording of minutes of meeting in Chinese and English. - Perform other related duties as assigned by the CEO. Qualifications Requirement: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related field Experience: - 2-3 years of experience in related positions. - Experience in translation from English to Chinese / Khmer. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Solid organizational and time management skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other project management software tools preferable. - Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Skills & Abilities Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Khmer Good Translation Skills.
