Job Description
The CEO's Secretary at People & Partners Insurance PLC plays a critical role in supporting the CEO’s daily activities, ensuring seamless communication and efficient coordination. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with strong organizational and communication skills, regardless of academic qualifications. Fluency in English is essential to succeed in this role, as you will frequently interact with stakeholders, draft professional correspondence, and handle important tasks on behalf of the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage the CEO’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence in English.
Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
Professional Communication
Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling emails, calls, and inquiries in English and Khmer.
Draft professional emails, letters, and reports with a strong emphasis on grammar and clarity.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Meeting and Event Coordination
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
Arrange logistics for board meetings, conferences, and company events.
Task Management and Organization
Track tasks and deadlines, ensuring the CEO stays informed of key priorities.
Assist with special projects, research, and other responsibilities as assigned.
Travel and Logistics
Plan and coordinate the CEO’s travel arrangements, including visas, tickets, and itineraries.
Support event organization, including scheduling and logistical preparations.
Qualifications
Language Proficiency:
Strong command of English (spoken and written) is a must.
Ability to draft clear, professional correspondence without errors.
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
Education:
A degree is not required, but relevant skills and experiences are valued.
