Laudum Chardonnay has been fermented in new Allier and Nevers oak barrels, remaining in them until bottling, to give the senses the essence of the most generous Alicante lands.
GRAPE VARIETY
100% Chardonnay grown in the Alicante town of Sax.
COLOUR
Pale yellow, denoting greenish tones.
NOSE
Intense varietal aromatic expression with fruity notes of peach, grapefruit and pineapple and others.
PALATE
The palate is broad and silky, balanced with the vanilla provided by the oak.
GASTRONOMY
Perfect accompaniment to seafood, fish, rice, pasta and white meats.
