Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial reporting. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with Cambodian accounting standards and regulations. Oversee the monthly and annual financial closing process, including preparation of financial statements and management reports. Manage the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets functions. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns in collaboration with external tax advisors. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations for improvement. Implement and maintain an integrated accounting ERP system. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including management, regulators, and external auditors.
***Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelorโs degree in accounting or finance from a reputable university. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in the financial services industry. In-depth knowledge of Cambodian accounting standards and regulations. Experience in implementing and managing accounting ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
