• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets • Manages sales efforts for all products including room sales, meeting, spa, food & beverage and other hotel outlets • Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels/networks to ensure sales efforts are coordinated • Identifies, qualifies and solicits new business to achieve each market and hotel revenue goals. • Understands the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, special events, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them. • Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts. • Designs, develops and sells creative catered events. • Maximizes revenue by up-selling packages and creative food & beverage or spa • Manages meeting room sales revenue and operation budgets, and provides forecasting reports. • Develops menus which drive sales for each outlet • Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence). • Monitors the effective resolution of guest issues that arise as a result of the sales process by creating mechanisms to channel issues to property leadership and/or other appropriate stakeholders. • Ensures successful performance by increasing revenues, controlling expenses and providing a return on investment for the owner and the company. • Interacts effectively with various departments such, front office, kitchen, vendors, competitors, local community, and other hotel departments in order to ensure guest satisfaction. • Executes and supports the company's Customer Service Standards and hotel's Standards Operating Procedures. • Executes exemplary customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting the customer and ensuring their satisfaction before and during their stay • Serves the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to the company. • Develops a close working relationship with operations team and department concern to ensure execution of strategies at the hotel level. • Keep good public relationship and liaison with all travel agents • Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs. • Join with Manager for Sale budget and sales action plan in order to archive target. • Will act as department head while sales manager on leave or trip Requirement: - 5 of experience in sales within the hotel industry for 4-star hotel - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the pest control industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills especially with corporate partner - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - In-depth knowledge of pest control products, services, and industry regulations. - Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - A bachelor's degree in hotel management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
