Job Description: - Greet and direct visitors, answer phone inquiries, and handle complaints in a courteous and professional manner. - Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions. - Record and maintain information related to customer inquiries. - Propose ideas for improving customer care. - Create and maintain reports about customer interactions. - Schedule appointments with customers. - Review the daily appointment schedule. - Perform general administrative tasks. - Prepare reports, monitor, analyze, and report on related issues. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
