We are currently seeking a dynamic Partner Relations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners, building relationships with existing partners and ensuring smooth registration processes for our valued partners. Your primary objective will be to enhance the overall client’s experience and contribute to the growth of SpaciaNet's digital hotel booking platform.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries by phone and messages with a friendly attitude.
- Solve booking-related issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Share detailed information about our platform, services, and promotions to guide customers in making the best choices.
- Keep accurate records of customer interaction reports and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English Language.
- Good at customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and eager to support customers.
- Strong time management, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Working time / schedule
- 5 days per week. Shift schedule (Day OFF not always weekend)
- Full time :7am - 5pm / 8am - 6pm
