Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with inquiries about rental options, pricing, insurance, and policies.
2. Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers efficiently.
3. Process reservations, vehicle check-ins, and check-outs.
4. Verify driver’s licenses, payment methods, and insurance coverage.
5. Ensure all necessary rental agreements and documents are properly completed.
6. Conduct pre-rental and post-rental vehicle inspections with customers.
7. Address customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly.
8. Coordinate with the operations team to provide alternative solutions in case of vehicle unavailability or breakdowns.
9. Work closely with the fleet management team to ensure vehicle availability.
10. Promote additional services such as GPS, child seats, and extended insurance coverage.
11. Recommend vehicle upgrades based on customer needs.
12. Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and customer feedback.
13. Generate daily reports on reservations and vehicle availability.
Job Requirement:
1. driver’s license (preferred).
2. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
3. At least 01 years of experience in customer service, preferably in car rental, or automotive.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
7. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
8. Good knowledge of vehicles and rental policies is an advantage.
