Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, Telegram
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex cases as necessary
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Collect customer feedback and report trends to management for service improvement
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to provide
comprehensive solutions.
• Other tasks assigned by manager
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in any related field
• At least 1 year experience in customer service or support roles
• Have understanding of GPS, Camera or tech devices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
• Good discipline and time management
Working Condition:
• 6 working days (01 day off, Sun/Sat)
• 8h-12h & 1h30-5h30
• Public Holidays (07 days)
• Insurance/NSSF (N/A)
• Seniority Payment (N/A)
