What You'll Do:
πΎ Be the face of ADI β Welcome pet owners and their furry companions with warmth and professionalism.
π
Manage appointments β Coordinate bookings and assist clients with scheduling.
π Handle inquiries β Provide clear and accurate information about our veterinary services, both in person and through phone, email, and messaging apps.
π³ Process payments & records β Ensure seamless transactions and maintain accurate client records.
π’ Support client communication β Assist with translations, social media inquiries, and promotional activities.
π₯ Collaborate with our team β Work closely with veterinarians and support staff to deliver the best client experience.
What Weβre Looking For:
β Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) β Essential for communicating with our international clientele.
β Customer-focused attitude β Friendly, patient, and professional.
β Strong organizational skills β Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
β Tech-savvy β Comfortable using booking systems and messaging apps.
β Experience in customer service (preferably in a veterinary, medical, or hospitality setting)
