Key Responsibilities: o Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely and professional manner. o Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. o Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns or exchanges. o Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing solutions or escalating to the appropriate department when necessary. o Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution within specified timeframes. o Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system. o Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations. o Proactively suggest additional products or services that meet customer needs. o Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services. o Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to resolve complex issues. o Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development. o Share insights and best practices with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience. o Stay updated on new products, services, and company policies. o Regularly participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Required Skills and Qualifications: o High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). o Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in real estate. o Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms is an asset. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. o Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new software. • Personal Attributes: o Customer-oriented with a passion for helping others. o Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage time effectively. o Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. o Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Work Environment: • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30PM • Location: Phnom Penh. • Public Holiday: follow the Labor law of Cambodia Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience. • NSFF. • Opportunities for advancement and professional development.
